“Free”
Defying Gravity
“Free” is a floating attraction that brings together hope, comedy, and sadness. The production of “Free” can be seen at [Inside] the Ford Theater, located in Hollywood, CA. The show is a great balance of fighting the natural gift within you, or just embracing it. Within the show, my primary focus led towards the acting.
The cast included, Michael Earl Reid, Greg Albanese, Jane McPherson, Dagney Kerr, and Donaco Smyth. All actors use their chemistry to high standards. They all shined both individually, as well with one another. Dagney Kerr did a truly outstanding job throughout the show of “Free.” Her comedic timing was impeccable and left the audience roaring after each delivered line. She understood how to bring the crowd in and admire her outrageous character.
If you want to explore a different kind of show, “Free” is definitely a good time. The meaning of the show is really heartfelt and will take the audience on a ride of different emotions. Even when you find people who don’t believe in you, you ultimately must believe in yourself.
“Free” is now playing at [Inside] the Ford Theater, located in Hollywood, CA until February 27th. For more details, please visit: www.FordTheatres.org.
