Actress, Singer, and Writer Karen Elizabeth Kolkey, now 11 years old, has been performing on-stage since she was three years old. Early on she showed a proclivity for singing, dancing, and acting out her own stories. At the age of seven, she begged her parents to let her enroll in a drama camp and the rest is history!

Karen has performed onstage as Tateh’s daughter in Ragtime (Kentwood Players / Westchester Theatre), played the lead role of Sadako in A Thousand Cranes (Stella Adler Theatre), was a pirate in Pirates of Penzance, and performed the lead role of Annie in the production of Annie (Music West), to name a few.

Karen recently appeared in a national AT&T commercial directed by Joe Saunders as well as in a public service announcement for the American Humane Association directed by Todd Kessler.
Karen recently was the lead, along with Cerris Morgan-Moyer, in a film short Karen wrote, Street Performer, directed by Pepper Jay and John Michael Ferrari.
Karen enjoys the challenges of performing both on film and the stage and enjoys writing her own songs.
